Our office provides comprehensive project management services designed to guide a project from its initial concept through design, approvals, construction, and final sign-off.

We serve as a single point of coordination for the owner, helping assemble and manage the professional team required to move the project forward efficiently. Depending on the scope of work, we can coordinate architects, engineers, expediters, contractors, specialty consultants, inspectors, testing agencies, and other professionals necessary to complete the project.

Our involvement can begin during the earliest planning stages, where we assist with evaluating the project scope, zoning and code requirements, feasibility, budgets, schedules, and overall development strategy. From there, we coordinate the design process and help manage the progression from conceptual design through design development and construction documents.

During the approval phase, our office helps coordinate filings, consultant submissions, responses to agency comments and objections, permit requirements, and communication with the applicable reviewing agencies. Our goal is to keep the approval process organized and moving while identifying potential issues before they cause unnecessary delays.

Once construction begins, we can continue managing the project by coordinating the owner, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. We help track schedules, outstanding decisions, inspections, change orders, project documentation, agency requirements, and items necessary to keep construction progressing toward completion.

At the final stages of the project, we coordinate required inspections, testing, punch-list items, outstanding approvals, sign-offs, closeout documentation, and Certificate of Occupancy or other final approvals, as applicable.

We can provide a details analysis of your building and create a plan to help the owner obtain a Fianl Certifcate of Occupancy.

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs,  stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
